APTA Austin Team - Cultural Day Event

APTA Austin’s Cultural Day Event was a resounding success, with over 400 +participants and more than 35 +cultural performances. Thank you to each and every volunteer for contributing to this achievement.

Oversees Shopping/Registration: 
Indu Amarpini, Chaitanya Adapa, Bala Bevara, Ashwini Nagireddy Your meticulous planning and organization ensured a smooth registration process and selecting meaningful return gifts.

Thanks to Venu Rajanala garu and Usha Gandham garu for purchasing the return gifts and ordering sweets from India and sending them on time.

Hospitality:

Decoration:

Kid/Youth Volunteers:
Sreenidi Amarpini, Soham and Sahruda Papolu for your welcome videos, and all Chiru tribute kids for your poses, making the event more interesting. Special thanks to Evanka Akula and Ishanvi Akula for preparing a beautiful welcome board.

 I am also very fortunate to take on the APTA role during Ayodhya Ram Mandir  inauguration and we had the privilege of distributing Bala Rama idols as return gifts from Austin. We also had volunteer appreciation on the same day, which was a big hit with all the fun and mementos distribution. 

Special thanks to Madhav Talari garu for being our special guest and to our neighbors from Houston and Dallas for coming all the way for our event and encouraging us with your gracious presence. Thanks to Trinadh garu, Priya garu, and the leadership team for their continuous support to Austin APTA. Thanks to Kumar garu, Sunil Thota garu, and the treasury team for completing all the transactions on time, which was really helpful.
