Explore revenue generating opportunities resulting from integration of Dun & Bradstreet’s (D&B) data with accounts receivable data from client systems Explore new ideas of how this data can be utilized to provide value beyond the existing insights provided by the current solution Identify use cases for the solution and select one to be developed as a PoC PoC will identify: Specific business insights to be presented Delivery method (dashboards, raw data, etc..) Possible data monetization methods Design templated/repeatable solution that can utilize D&B data across other client products Requirements Gathering Interview internal stakeholders Understand customer base, applications, systems, data and assets for the current AR product Work with D&B to develop understanding of their systems and data Current predictive analytics capabilities Research on the industry solutions and practices Synthesis and Recommendations Document various use cases that can benefit client Determine the monetization methods Present finding to client leadership Select use case for PoC build out Produce a PoC development timeline Development of PoC Create high-level requirements for identified use case Develop the PoC for selected use case collaborating with the different stakeholders Deliver and demo use case outcome – dashboard, report, query
