Preferred Qualifications & Job Requirements:
* Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide IT Access and Identity Management Systems (AIMS)
* A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies
* Proven experience managing projects using Agile, preferably Scrum
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirable.
* Solid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements
* Minimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery – on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.
* Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience managing large scale enterprise wide IT projects
* Minimum (3) three years of experience managing enterprise wide Access and Identity Management projects
