- *Level 1:* 2 years of experience - 43/Hr
- *Level 2:* 4 years of experience - 50/Hr
- *Level 3:* 7 years of experience -65/Hr
2. *Technical Salesforce Architect*
- Must have a recent architect title and a background in development
*Requirements for Salesforce Developers:*
- Proficiency in Salesforce development
- Experience with Copado
- Strong problem-solving skills
*Requirements for Technical Salesforce Architect:* $80
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect
- Solid background in Salesforce development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
