Production Support Engineer

Role: Production Support Engineer
Location: Remote (PST/MST Only

Duration: 12+ Months

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an ambitious Production Support Engineer who is customer centric and possesses a proactive approach to getting things done. As part of our Clinical Application Support team, the Production Support Engineer will act as the primary contact for complex data support issues. You will be the key driver in triaging issues and managing end to end resolution of the case working with the development team. You will also be developing reports for business stakeholders within LifeStance and developing proof of concept reporting for our Digital team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshoot and triage all complex data issues with internal and external applications.
* Collaborate with engineering to resolve support cases in a timely manner
* Develop monitoring processes to catch and resolve issues as they occur and reduce the number of incoming support cases
* Proactively detect data inconsistencies and troubleshoot data failures
* Manage deadlines and prioritize work in time sensitive situations
* Train CAS team on data issues and how to resolve support cases
* Deliver ad-hoc reporting in a timely manner

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or healthcare related discipline
* 4+ years of experience with process documentation, data preservation, integrity, and traceability, Redshift, SQL (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL), ODBC
* Excellent SQL knowledge
* Experience in AWS Cloud environment
* Good understanding of data hygiene and data transformation processes
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

* Demonstrated ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel
