We are looking for Quality assurance manager (QAM) our client in Belgium

Location: Brussels
Knowledge and skills
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
• Knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge of information system quality assurance and quality control practices.
• Experience with quality procedures.
• Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, RUP).
• Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
• Experience in the test data management with relational databases.
• Capable to communicate effectively with different actors involved (testers, developers, management
etc.).
• Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft
Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Ability to give business and technical presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards.
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analysis and problem solving skills.
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills.
Specific expertise
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in an Agile environment
• At least 3 years of specific expertise with JIRA
