We are looking for Expert in Secure Development (ESD) our client in Belgium

Knowledge and skills
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the below listed tasks:
• Highly knowledgeable in cybersecurity, information security, and communication
information systems, as well as early identification of cyberattacks.
• Proven success in strategizing and implementing the security architecture of complex
systems, defining requirements, and developing classified information and communication
systems.
• Excellent project management, incident response, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge in the planning, formulating the strategy, and following-up operations of the
Information Assurance or cyber security organizational units.
• Knowledge in developing business continuity and recovery plans, including security
processes and guidelines for the protection of classified information within the
Communication Information Systems (CIS).
• Capability in conducting security inspections, identification of vulnerabilities, and risk
assessments.
• Experience in handling incident responses, performing monitoring, and conducting
investigations.
• Capability and proven knowledge and experience in budgeting and also HR and IT functions.
• Accredited (security clearance) to handle EU Classified Information (EUCI) up to EU
SECRET.
• Experience in working with the EU institutions is a plus.
Specific expertise
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
• at least 8 years of experience in defining and managing all operational functions of a
cyber unit of at least 2 different organizations.
• experience of at least 3 years in an EU institution in a cyber unit with tasks relevant
to planning, designing and delivering cyber training to promote risk awareness and
share best practices.
• proven experience (at least 3 years) in budgeting and HR functions, along with
participation in high-level committees to cultivate collaboration on ICT Cyber topics.
